With my FOLLOW THE REDLINE programming I would like to guide you to comprehensive training progress. Measured against your target loads, you work on the barbell in 3 to 6 sessions per week. Individually tailored to your goals, this plan offers you the familiar “red thread”. With this 12-week cycle focusing on weightlifting, we will take your performance to the next level.

What you will receive:

  • a progressive training plan tailored to your individual needs, based on my experience as a professional weightlifter with 17 years of experience
  • a 12-week training program with 3-6 sessions per week
  • Access to my exercise library, with all the essential sub-exercises of Olympic weightlifting

This plan is suitable for athletes who

  • already master the snatch and clean and jerk.
  • have a certain amount of training experience and are active 4-5 times a week
  • attach importance to proper training planning in everyday life
  • want to improve their performance and step on the gas in training

This plan is not suitable for you if you

  • are an absolute beginner in weightlifting and have not or only partially mastered the snatch and/or clean and jerk yet
  • are a functional fitness athlete that want to go full throttle in WODs in addition to this plan
  • are an ambitious weightlifter and you want to take part in a competition in the next 2-3 months

Your individual training plan

Personal data and your desired goals in the snatch and clean and jerk are required to customize your training plan. You also have the option of adding optional services.
