With my READY FOR COMPETITION programming, we focus on your next competition. Based on your planned competition performance, I plan your training until “Day X”. In 3 to 6 sessions per week, we get the most out of your preparation time. The competition date can be up to 16 weeks away, but please note: A minimum preparation time of 10 weeks is the minimum to be successful together.

What you will receive:

  • Progressive competition preparation tailored to your individual needs, based on my experience as a professional weightlifter with 17 years of experience
  • a 10 to 16-week training program with 3-6 sessions per week, geared towards your competition date
  • Access to my exercise library, with all the essential sub-exercises of Olympic weightlifting

This plan is suitable for athletes who

  • already master the snatch and clean and jerk.
  • have a certain amount of training experience and are active 4-5 times a week
  • want to integrate weightlifting into their demanding daily training routine
  • want to prepare for a competition in a focused manner

This plan is not suitable for you if you

  • are an absolute beginner in weightlifting and have not or only partially mastered the snatch and/or clean and jerk yet
  • are a functional fitness athlete that want to go full throttle in WODs in addition to this plan
  • are an ambitious weightlifter which is currently in a training phase and are not focusing on a competition
