With my READY FOR COMPETITION programming, we focus on your next competition. Based on your planned competition performance, I plan your training until “Day X”. In 3 to 6 sessions per week, we get the most out of your preparation time. The competition date can be up to 16 weeks away, but please note: A minimum preparation time of 10 weeks is the minimum to be successful together.
